Myrrwry and Krissa

It’s part of a series I’m creating featuring characters from the TTRPG campaign I’ve been playing for over ten years with my group.
I wanted to convey an atmosphere of relaxation and concentration, a cosy and refined setting, whilst also highlighting the contrast between the two students: the self-assured Krissa, who manages to take notes using magic whilst sipping her tea, and the awkward Myrrwry, who reads almost like a child.
I used warm tones to emphasise the homely atmosphere and chose to incorporate the magical elements subtly – such as the pen, the sheets of paper and the lamp – which appear almost as if they were ordinary objects.
